Map and analyze processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. Support the design and redesign of processes, considering end-to-end journeys. Translate business needs into requirements and assist in building solutions with involved areas.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience or knowledge in process analysis, mapping, and improvement. Familiarity with technology and interest in solutions applied to process evolution.
