The role involves leading the mapping and redesign of HR processes, identifying risks, and defining automation standards. The engineer will develop end-to-end automation solutions for HR processes, focusing on scalability, stability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Candidates must have solid experience as a Software, Backend, or Integration Engineer, demonstrating strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, along with hands-on experience using REST APIs and Git. Bonus points are given for experience with HR platforms and the ability to translate labor regulations into technical logic.
