Core Responsibilities

The role involves managing and monitoring a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio, including REO, toward efficient resolution while supervising, training, and developing Asset Resolution Department staff. Key duties include monitoring commercial litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure activities and directing/liaising with external counsel and vendors to support loss mitigation efforts.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school and have experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or real estate loss mitigation, specifically managing non-performing loan pools. Essential requirements include strong organizational, decision-making, negotiation skills, and proficiency in applicable U.S. legal/regulatory guidelines.
