People Business Partner Supervisor para Mercado Envíos

Lead the strategic People agenda for the Shipping operation, translating business objectives into measurable people management initiatives. Conduct performance evaluations and identify talent gaps while proposing scalable solutions. Diagnose organizational climate and implement action plans with rigorous follow-up on results. Build and manage People metrics dashboards to interpret data for decision-making and present recommendations to operational leaders.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles, with expertise in union management and current labor legislation in Argentina. Proven experience in managing large operational staffing with direct responsibility for staffing indicators. Experience in data analysis for decision-making, including dashboard management and KPI analysis.
