What You'll Do
Develop and optimize asset/maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement. Create operational readiness plans and evaluate systems for compliance with standards. Manage diverse internal and external stakeholders while identifying and assessing risks to support safe performance outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Tertiary Qualification degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Civil Engineering. Relevant experience in Project Management or site operations. Experience in tailings thickening and transport processes, ideally with growth projects related to tailings.
