Asesor/a de Servicio en Agencia Panajachel (T1)

Attend to and process operations defined for cash in local or foreign currency, in cash, check, or electronic means, according to the procedures, norms, and policies of the Financial Group. Advise and sell the products defined for this position, as well as perform maintenance and follow-up operations on sold products to provide effective solutions and meet established goals.

Knowledge of office tools and process management. Understanding of technological and digital trends. Experience in customer service and sales.
