The Manager - Marketing will develop, implement, execute, and measure strategic marketing plans, focusing on building awareness for Wesco’s offerings to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities, developing campaigns, interpreting sales data for growth, and ensuring marketing programs align with corporate priorities.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required, with a Master's degree preferred, alongside 7+ years of experience in product or field marketing and 3+ years in strategic business planning. Candidates must possess strong creativity, entrepreneurial drive, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
