The Regional Vice President will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and executing the go-to-market strategy for the LATAM region, driving revenue, retention, and growth of existing customers. This includes leading and developing a high-performing sales team, cultivating executive-level customer relationships, and ensuring metric-based sales measurement for accurate forecasting.

Requirements

Candidates must possess 15+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cloud or security industry, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Essential qualifications include proven success in driving growth strategies, building enterprise technology relationships, leading direct and indirect sales teams, and fluency in both English and Spanish.
