Implementation Specialist, Professional Services - HRS

Lead the onboarding process for new customers from kickoff through implementation completion. Configure customer accounts, user access, settings, and workflows, ensuring all configurations are accurate. Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, tracking progress and communicating status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Experience in customer onboarding and implementation processes. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to build strong customer relationships and provide guidance throughout the implementation process.
