Lead the complete software development cycle from conception to deployment in staging and production environments. Act as a technical reference within the squad, ensuring quality, performance, and resilience of services related to financial transactions. Drive architectural and engineering decisions, guiding the team in choosing scalable and secure solutions. Participate actively in system support in production, focusing on observability, monitoring, and rapid incident response.
Requirements
Solid experience with Kotlin or Java and frameworks like Spring Boot. Proficiency in microservices architecture, including communication patterns, resilience, API versioning, and continuous deployment. Deep experience with test automation, including unit, integration, and contract tests, ensuring high coverage and confidence in deliveries. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, especially PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
