TigoWhat You'll Do
Execute daily operations and maintenance tasks for IT platforms and applications in production environments. Manage Linux servers ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Operate and maintain Docker-based container platforms and Kubernetes orchestrators. Monitor services, manage incidents, and perform root cause analysis (RCA). Generate technical and operational reports for management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. 2 years of experience ensuring the availability of IT services with a focus on continuous improvement. Advanced experience with Linux operating systems (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Docker container management. Knowledge of Java platforms and application servers.
