Senior Network Infrastructure Analyst

Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert for Campus Network services. Support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments, performing advanced troubleshooting across complex and large-scale networks. Lead or participate in the resolution of critical incidents, including technical war rooms when required. Plan, execute, and oversee critical infrastructure changes, ensuring impact analysis, risk mitigation, testing, and rollback plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, QoS, and advanced network troubleshooting. Cisco CCNA and Fortinet FCP/NSE 4 certification or equivalent technical knowledge.
