Contribute components to the catalog with semantic versioning and breaking change policies. Ensure that proprietary services meet Tier 1 standards for logging and tracing.

Solid experience in backend development with the team's stack language, APIs, and system integration. Familiarity with observability practices including structured logging and distributed tracing. Ability to operate under a 'you build it, you run it' model, taking ownership of SLOs and on-call duties.
