Provide comprehensive technical support to Amazon employees by diagnosing and resolving end-user computing issues via chat, phone, and email. Manage trouble tickets, maintain documentation, and assist with system outages and technical projects.

Requirements

Requires at least 1-2 years of experience in Windows Server technologies, networking, and corporate IT support. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
