Senior SAP HR Support Analyst

Provide SAP support for users in Latin America, collaborating with module teams to ensure high-quality solutions. Manage issues, incidents, capacity, availability, service levels, and performance monitoring. Create and maintain documentation for support and operational manuals.

Bachelor's degree in Technology. Experience with SAP R/3, specifically in HR modules. Strong knowledge in Payroll (PY), Time (PT), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, EH&S, and Fiori/ESS/MSS. Proficient in ABAP programming for code reading and error analysis. Technical knowledge in IT processes, particularly ITIL.
