What You'll Do
Lead the management of climate and organizational culture initiatives, ensuring the execution, analysis, and follow-up of the workplace climate survey. Provide strategic support to leaders and areas of the bank to enhance employee experience and promote a culture aligned with organizational values. Manage the end-to-end evaluation process for Great Place to Work and assist the culture team in developing cultural events and activities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management, Communication, or related fields. 3 to 4 years of experience in climate teams or relevant banking experience. Intermediate proficiency in Office tools and experience in strategic presentations.
