What You'll Do
Perform sensory analysis on hydrobiological products and food, ensuring compliance with safety standards and organizational policies. Participate in the development of new methodologies and maintain optimal functioning of laboratory equipment. Notify management of any equipment malfunctions or needs for replacement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Fisheries Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. Ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in sensory analysis of hydrobiological products and food. Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 and English.
