Build agents hands-on with a comprehensive view on backend, frontend, integrations, testing, and observability. Research and propose continuous approaches on the state of the art of AI Agents to generate practical value. Collaborate with platform and stakeholders to identify gaps and participate in the implementation of new capabilities.

Experience leading and managing technical teams, priorities, and personnel development. Solid experience in building agent-based solutions hands-on and designing their harnesses. Practical knowledge of agent design, execution loops, context, memory, tools, and protocols. Understanding of the main security risks in agent systems and mechanisms for their mitigation.
