Lead design initiatives for products, focusing on customer and advisor journeys. Identify product evolution opportunities through research, market analysis, and user behavior. Actively contribute to building and evolving roadmaps, influencing strategic decisions with business leaders.

Consolidated experience as a Product Designer, covering the entire product design cycle including discovery, research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, validation, and metrics tracking. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, and experience working with Product, Technology, and Business teams.

The position offers a hybrid work model. Candidates will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and have a real influence on product development.
