Supervisão de Operações - Mercado Envios

Lead transformational logistics projects and manage operational costs to ensure efficiency and scalability of solutions. Ensure daily and hourly execution of logistics processes, maintaining quality and strict adherence to safety standards. Monitor performance indicators and implement action plans to address deviations. Engage and manage a team of approximately 150 employees, focusing on talent retention and absenteeism reduction.

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. Experience in managerial positions and logistics operations is desirable. Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, and/or industry with a history of managing large teams in shift work. Knowledge in data, artificial intelligence, and agile methodologies is required.
