The Back Office Team Lead is responsible for building, leading, and coaching a team of agents to ensure high efficiency and excellent service delivery. They will manage performance through KPIs, conduct reviews, and act as an escalation point for critical operational issues.

Requirements

Candidates must have relevant experience in leading a team within a call center or back office environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and the ability to manage teams remotely are required, along with fluency in English.
