Core Responsibilities

Serve, qualify, and close opportunities from inbound leads originating from digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and direct requests. Conduct commercial negotiations, effectively communicate Clara's value proposition, and follow through until the deal is closed. Manage a massive portfolio of accounts and identify the highest-potential companies for deeper engagement. Run mass outbound sequences through Hubspot, Amplemarket, WhatsApp campaigns, and cold calls to re-engage or activate inbound contacts.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Sales Associate, ideally handling high-volume inbound pipelines within the fintech or SaaS industry. Working proficiency in English and Spanish. Proven experience using Hubspot for sequencing, lead management, and campaign automation. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize a large portfolio of accounts independently.
