Monitor planning, performance, and service levels in heavy and bulk goods operations. Analyze operational indicators and logistics costs to identify efficiency opportunities. Standardize procedures, develop workflows, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Lead continuous improvement projects, automation, and integration with related areas.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience in logistics operations (warehousing and transportation) in e-commerce, retail, or industry, preferably with heavy/bulk products. Proficiency in operational indicators, continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA), management systems (TMS, WMS, ERP), and data analysis (Excel/Sheets, Power BI or Tableau).
