The Onboarding Executive is responsible for establishing personalized relationships with new clients to guide them through the initial system setup and training. They ensure the software meets client needs, monitor account activity, and provide ongoing support to maximize tool value.

Requirements

Candidates must hold or be advanced students in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Hospitality and Tourism. At least 2 years of experience in commercial or Customer Success roles, preferably within the technology sector, is required.
