Measure operational, financial, and productivity impacts of scaling decisions, providing strategic recommendations.

Intermediate SQL skills, advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency including Power Query and Power Pivot. Experience in managing key performance indicators and building dashboards. Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus.
