LATAM Manager, People Business Partner

Serve as main P&C contact for employees and managers, providing timely support for employee questions and concerns. Execute a consistent process for identifying key talent to motivate, grow, and retain the best talent. Manage internal mobility discussions and promote learning & development programs in support of business and people goals.

2 - 4 years of experience in People & Culture/Human Resources. 2+ years in a digital agency required; start-up experience preferred. Strong experience with employee management, employee relations, and performance management.
