Supervise and monitor system performance. Analyze solutions and support the engineering team and user area. Evaluate proposed solutions for projects and contribute to project discovery phases with business areas. Develop indicators to measure project effectiveness and maintain updated process manuals.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience with relational databases and knowledge of financial mathematics. Familiarity with credit operations and agile methodologies. Experience in creating and validating homologation plans.
