Act as a technical reference in relationships with carriers and strategic partners, conducting complex negotiations and ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance indicators. Conduct advanced analyses of the complete order cycle, anticipating operational risks and proposing structural solutions for productivity and cost reduction.

Solid experience in logistics operations, transportation, and reverse logistics with a strategic focus. Advanced knowledge of supply chain, FTL/LTL operations, performance management, and logistics indicators. Proficiency in advanced data analysis, continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and KPI management.
