Lead the maintenance team ensuring activities are performed correctly and under established safety standards. Control the execution of maintenance activities according to weekly work programming and manage resources effectively. Audit maintenance management processes in SAP and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role leading teams. At least 10 years of knowledge in maintenance of heavy mobile equipment, specifically Caterpillar trucks 798AC, 797B, and 797F.
