Senior AI Product Engineer

Own features end-to-end, from problem framing and product decisions through API design, implementation, rollout, and metrics. Design for compliance constraints as first-class requirements, including PII handling and data retention. Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to their growth by pairing, reviewing code, and documenting decisions.

5+ years of experience building and operating production backend services. Depth in at least one back-end focused language, with a willingness to learn Go. Production experience with LLM-backed features and distributed systems fundamentals.
