Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for designing, leading, and scaling the entire employee experience, owning processes from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring alignment with company culture and business objectives. Key duties include managing performance reviews, updating internal policies, defining perks and benefits, organizing events, and documenting HR processes for scalability.

Requirements

Candidates must possess five years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar roles, preferably within startups or high-growth environments. Essential skills include strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, high levels of organization, execution, prioritization, structured thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
