What You'll Do
Lead and support multiple Data Engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Design, review, and oversee scalable data solutions using Databricks and modern cloud technologies. Partner with clients to understand business and technical requirements and act as a trusted technical advisor.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong experience in Data Engineering and hands-on experience with Databricks. Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
