People Data Engineer - 100% Remote Job.

Build and maintain scalable people-data models within the enterprise data warehouse. Establish automated data-quality monitoring and validation rules for critical people-data elements. Implement technical controls that support approved access, privacy, and sensitive-data handling standards. Own the AI-readiness roadmap for the people data lake, proactively identifying gaps in data quality and architecture.

5+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture. Strong HR / People Data experience is a must. Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field. Advanced written and spoken English fluency (B2 or C1/C2).

Contract type is independent contractor with no paid holidays or vacation, tax deductions, or insurance.
