What You'll Do
Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Define and evolve the data architecture of the solution and design strategies for data ingestion, integration, and transformation from multiple sources. Lead the migration of data from SharePoint to SQL Server and define and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture. Proven experience providing technical leadership for data teams. Strong experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi-source data integrations. Knowledge of Medallion Architecture and strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL.
