Lead, manage, and develop a team of 50 to 100 Amazon Associates. Communicate policies to Associates and maintain compliance. Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment. Develop performance goals and proactively identify process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 3+ years of team leadership experience. Experience with Material handling equipment (MHE) or Six Sigma tools.
