Core Responsibilities

This role involves maintaining and administering the Global Learning Management System (LMS), acting as an LMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) to configure courses, set up certifications, manage pricing, and ensure compliance with global accreditation policies. Responsibilities also include owning issue logging, leading technical support, generating reports, and training the Education Services team on LMS processes and best practices.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Learning & Development or related field plus 5+ years’ experience (or equivalent experience), with hands-on experience in enterprise LMS platforms, content publishing (LCMS), SCORM/xAPI, and role/permission administration. Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent English communication are required, with knowledge in Oracle and Learning Management Systems preferred.
