Requirements

Candidates must possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, such as a career coach or recruiter, coupled with a strong understanding of the US job market, hiring practices, and cultural nuances. Essential qualities include excellent English proficiency, people-orientation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate job seekers.
