Core Responsibilities

The manager will own the acquisition strategy across paid channels, defining testing roadmaps, messaging hypotheses, and budget allocation, while managing and holding the external performance marketing agency accountable for outcomes. They will also lead the CRM and lifecycle strategy across various communication channels and manage a dedicated CRM specialist.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, including strong experience managing paid acquisition channels at scale and managing external agencies with full ownership of results. A solid understanding of funnel metrics, CAC predictability, unit economics, and experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing are essential, alongside a highly structured and analytical mindset.
