Analista Pleno de Sales Enablement

Support the planning and execution of in-person and online training, acting as a bridge between participants, facilitators, and partners. Execute the internal communication strategy for the sales team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and prioritization of information. Manage the communication calendar and the flow of information in the sales area, as well as engagement rituals and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in basic tools such as Sheets, Docs, and Google Slides. Previous experience in internal communication and/or corporate training is necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams are essential.
