Senior Professional Services Consultant

Own delivery of complex, high-value implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Run executive-level discovery with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers to uncover pain points and define measurable success criteria. Design and document the 'To-Be' state across Ripple Treasury's full suite, including integrations with banks and ERPs.

6+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or enterprise software implementations, specifically in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP or financial SaaS. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as a strong plus. Proven track record of leading complex, multi-entity implementations as the primary consultant.
