Lead the Security and Trust Experience track within the Growth team, owning end-to-end initiatives. Analyze security and trust issues, identifying user experience improvement opportunities. Define and track metrics related to security perception and experience, assessing the impact of implemented initiatives. Collaborate with Product teams to enhance security features and user experience.

4+ years of experience in analytical, growth, product, or strategy roles working with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in SQL and experience in data analysis for decision-making. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in dynamic environments. Knowledge of BigQuery, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
