Supervisor Prevenção de Perdas - Mercado Envios

Supervise, train, and engage the regional Loss Prevention team, strengthening the culture of safety and continuous improvement. Monitor Loss Ratio, internal losses, damages, inventory, and cargo theft, applying Lean Six Sigma and Gemba Walk to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Conduct risk analyses and investigations of fraud, losses, and deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions to reduce losses and recurrences.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Law, or related fields. Active driver's license and experience in Risk Management, Corporate Security, Supply Chain, and Contract Management. Proficiency in Risk Assessment, Loss Prevention metrics, Lean Six Sigma, and advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Minitab. Yellow, Green, or Black Belt certification is a plus.

The position is based in Vitória/ES, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:48 PM, and requires availability for travel within Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro.
