What You'll Do
Coordinate workflows between humans and agents, ensuring compliance, collaboration, and optimization of the SDLC. Lead and inspire the squad, promoting a collaborative and motivating work environment. Define clear goals and track team progress towards established objectives through indicators, managing risks effectively.
What We're Looking For
Strong knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and development of agents applied to the development flow. Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs. Experience in identifying bottlenecks in the development cycle and implementing action plans to reduce lead time using agents.
