Coordinate and manage human and material resources within the assigned plant, ensuring compliance with operational quality and service standards. Monitor and control daily production raw materials. Supervise unionized personnel and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Knowledge of production systems and inventory management. Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite and familiarity with SAP is desirable. Strong decision-making and conflict management skills are essential.
