Lead the licensing processes for telecommunications infrastructure with municipalities and regulatory bodies. Prepare, submit, and monitor all technical and regulatory documentation, managing pending issues to expedite approvals. Maintain continuous relationships with public agencies, consultancies, and internal departments to support negotiations and resolve necessary licensing issues.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Architecture, Urbanism, Public Management, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience in licensing processes with municipalities and regulatory entities, preferably in infrastructure, telecommunications, energy, or civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of applicable legislation and regulatory processes.
