[Banking/Boletos] Software Engineering Manager I

Lead a squad of 4 to 6 developers focusing on designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software solutions. Advocate for best development practices, code reviews, and documentation within the team. Collaborate with product and compliance teams to adapt to regulatory changes and manage the squad's operational processes.

Experience in leading technical teams as a manager or tech lead, with a background in backend software development using Go and/or Elixir. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous processing, and software testing methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
