Core Responsibilities

You will own the entire recruiting engine, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and employer branding. You are responsible for building efficient hiring systems, managing candidate pipelines, and delivering weekly performance reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce organizations. You must be proficient in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and managing structured interview processes.
