Senior Business Analyst

Lead structured discovery sessions to understand current processes and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements. Evaluate and help shape AI and automation use cases, ensuring they align with our needs, technical feasibility, and enterprise standards. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements, including process flows, decision logic, data needs, and integration points.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a technology-enabled environment. Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, or AI-related projects. Technical understanding, including basic knowledge of system architecture, APIs, data structures, integrations, and workflows.
