Identify market trends and opportunities for innovation while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree in Management, Business, Leadership, or related fields is desirable. Mandatory C-PROR certification; CEA certification is desirable. Experience in managing commercial teams, preferably digital teams, and in the financial market or credit cooperativism.
