Lead transformation projects of medium and high complexity. Identify improvement opportunities in customer journeys, processes, and business results. Structure problems, identify root causes, and build data-driven recommendations.

Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience in projects or processes, consulting, PMO, or continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and structured reasoning.
